To help our customers in getting the best throughput for in printers, we have introduced service of an Annual Maintenance Contract for the printers.
→ With a maintenance contract, the customers will be assured of repairs that will be provided efficiently and economically by professionals. Consumables like Toner Cartridges, Drums, Fuser Assembly, Rubber & Plastic Parts will not be included in AMC.

→ As a solution provider, we are very flexible in terms of offering this service to our customers. We can either supply a new set of printers/multifunction printers or use the existing ones with the customer or add/alter a few devices depending on the customers’ printing needs. This also helps in bringing optimization into the system. Added by the most economical cartridges and all-around services of the printing devices, this is the most sought after solution by the customer.
The customers have the following options
- To outright purchase the printers and then use our other services at a nominal cost.
- To buy the printers on rent and then use our other services at a nominal cost.
- Use our services at a fixed monthly cost without buying the printers either as an outright purchase or on rent.
- Pay only for the number of pages they print every month, rest everything on us.

→SAimpex International has tied up with a registered Public Limited Company into the Recycling business. This will help SAimpex to help its customers dispose of the electronic and electrical waste in the most environment-friendly manner and thus extends its contribution to the Nation’s mission of Swachh Bharat.
→ All its customers will be issued a suitable certificate by the parent Recycler containing the disposal of the waste in an environment-friendly manner. Such certificates can only be issued to those customers from whom the e-waste gets collected in the prescribed manner and post the recycling process. The parent company is entitled to carry out recycling activities by the Pollution Control Board.
